Close to station, Nice price

Location is great; right next to Roma Termini. But staff person immediately tried to do the bait and switch on our room....saying that we have booked you into another hotels because of such and such....I Was very annoyed and voiced it. By the time we came back for actual check in, low and behold we had a room in the hotel. We had booked it specifically for the location and the internet. The internet ended up being only available in the breakfast/lobby area but at least it was free in that location.

The room was poor quality, tiny shower with pathetic curtain; walls with cig burns, ac that didn't really cool the room. Thankfully the windows opened and it wasn't too hot. Tiny, tiny elevator. I got the sense that the place was nearly empty. There are better places around the Roma Termini for this price.

The hotel is near the termini train station and close to many of Rome's tourist sites.

The rooms were very spartan and the bathrooms were quite dated. The air conditioner did not work and the hair dryer did not work. The hotel could use some updating.

The worst experience of my life. 8 days in hell. The room was dark and dirty, the air conditioning was not working (in 8 days it was not fixed), there were bedbuggs ... and the staff dont mind about anything. All the guests were mad ... people without toilet paper in the bathroom, or hot water ... a caos. Don't book the hotel!

Only one improvement could be made, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

Not much.

No toilet paper when we arrived in room. Terrible tiny lift that works only sporadically. No shower curtain on bath, so water goes everywhere. No hot water for shower when we left at 4am. Guy at front desk "slept" through the time when he was supposed to give us our wake up call to get to the airport for our flight home. Not a great neighborhood! Would never recommend this place to anyone...but then again, you get what you pay for!

The breakfast was very poor. One flavour jam, dry rolls and stale cornflakes. Coffee was weak and cold. Do not bother with the breakfast, made us feel as if we were in prison. On the other hand our room was ok. Air con and comfortable. Good position near to the train station.

The location is very convenient to the city center. The hotel offered free breakfast, which was a nice touch. The room was also spacious enough for our needs.

The bedding was old and uncomfortable and the bathroom was not well-maintained. The air conditioning did not work properly, which made for an uncomfortable stay during the warm Christmas season.

Right next to Termini Station. A good solution for one night stay.

You have to pay in uppon arrival. Bathroom needs to be renovated. Old room even though it must have been cleaned before arrival there was no such sign. Needs to be renovated. Breakfast not so good, coffee tastes like straw (in Rome??).

The hotel was conveniently located near a major transportation hub and it was easy to reach different parts of the city. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival, and the staff seemed friendly.

The hotel had several downsides. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard.

The receptionist was brilliant! - He organised our parking, suggested places to visit and was keen to look after us. Breakfast was included and staff were most helpful. Service was excellent.

2min walk to Roma termini. Indian restaurants nearby, spacious rooms, bath tub. The night shift staff ( Vietnamese) was very kind and helpful.
